Classes begin Sept. 11, 2011 at 9:40 am!

New Families

New families are welcomed to the Religious Education Program at any time during the year.  Please complete one Family Registration Form per family and one Student Information Form and Dismissal Authorization form (if applicable), for each student.  The forms can be printed and completed by hand.  When complete, please mail or bring to the parish office.

Returning Families

Families whose children attended during the school year 2010-2011 should re-register on-line here

Please also print and complete the following forms for each student in the family yearly.  Please have your child bring the forms to class with them the first time that they attend this year.

What is the Dismissal Authorization Form?

Dismissal is at 10:50 a.m.

Parents of children in preschool through third grade  are asked to come to the classroom door to pick up their children at the end of class.  Older students may be dismissed to meet their parents, but only if the teacher has written authorization from the parents to do so.  The Dismissal Authorization Form is a standard way for parents to do this.

Who needs to use this Form?

Any parent of a student in 4th – 8th grades who does not want to come to the classroom door to pick up their child.

Any parent of a student in Pre-K – 3rd grade who may want to have their child dismissed to another adult or older sibling in the program at the door of the classroom.

 STUDENT DROP OFF

Students are asked to enter the school building through the double doors that face the parking lot or the Beaver Street entrance. All students in prek – 8th grades not attending 8:30 a.m. Mass should wait with parent supervision until the catechist is in the classroom.
