Registration

Registration was held in September. However, new students are welcomed at any time.

FORMS

To register your children, please complete one General Registration form per family and one Student Information Form and Student Dismissal form for each student. The forms can be printed and completed by hand.

DISMISSAL AUTHORIZATION

Parents of pre-school through fourth grade students are asked to come to the classroom door to pickup their child. If parents would like another adult to pick up their child at the classroom, please indicate so on the Dismissal Authorization. For all other students: If parents would like the child to be dismissed from the classroom to someone other than the parents or to meet at a location other than the classroom door, a Dismissal Authorization form must be completed and signed for each student to be dismissed. If a child does not have a Student Dismissal Authorization on file with the teacher, he or she will only be dismissed to the parents.

STUDENT DROP OFF

Students are asked to enter the school building through the double doors that face the parking lot or the Beaver Street entrance. Students not attending 8:30 a.m. Mass should wait with parent supervision until the catechist is in the classroom. Dismissal is at 10:50 a.m.

REGISTRATION FEE

A fee is charged to offset the cost of books, materials and teacher workshops. This fee is collected with the registration form. Checks are to be made payable to St. Mary’s Church. No child will be denied attendance because of inability to pay. Please contact the Religious Education Coordinator or the Pastor if financial difficulties exist.
